Will a home visit affect the price you can offer?

No, we use exactly the same methodology regardless of whether our appraisal is done at our office or at your home.

What if I don't agree to sell?

No problem at all! You are not obliged to come to an agreement with us. We strive to make the best offer possible.

Am I eligible to book a free home appraisal?

We would recommend our home visit service to those selling 10 or more items with us, or for those selling collections worth over £10,000. We have made single purchases of over £500,000 in one home visit appraisal in the past, so there’s no limit to the amount we are able to purchase. We will also try to be more flexible for those clients who are unable to travel easily.

I found Allu UK while looking for ways to quickly sell designer items which I don’t use. I tried their Whatsap but didn’t get a response so ended up calling their office. They swiftly booked an appointment for the next day. Very polite staff at the office who offered refreshments and got straight to business. Quickly evaluated my items and gave me a reasonable quote. They advised me that I won’t get the payment till the next day as I had visited the office late in the day. The monies arrived the next day before 11 as specified! My husband found this company online and at first I was a little dubious. After doing a bit of research I found they were a big company and listed on the stock market. We booked an appointment for the Mayfair store and from the moment we walked in were made to feel at ease. Jan was very knowledgable and a pleasure to deal with.
